ʌThe high-strength forging structure, high-grade material, multifarious inlet and outlet flange and pipe

design will improve the allowable pipe load in pumps, the working life of the forging structure material

in pump case is five times that of ordinary casting. The smooth surface within the flow area improve the

efficiency by 2% than the casting. we are ready to meet the specific requirements of the user in special

circumstance of the system.

ʌRapid assembly and disassembly design allows the pump to change the seal, bearing and balanced units,

without disassembling the pump body and the inlet and outlet pipe, ensuring fewer time to check and

repair the pump.

ʌHigh efficient, high reliable and low cost combination. The optimum match of impeller and guide vanes,

reasonable tolerance clearance and broad axial throttling design, will ensure pump to maintain its

stable head and high operating efficiency in the long run.

ʌGood cavitation performance. Using excellent impeller hydraulic model,users do not need to configure

additional pre-pump or increase the height of inlet tank.

ʌUsing the balance disc, balance drum or double balance drum to balance the axial force. The residual

axial force is sustained by rolling bearing or tile type thrust bearing .By appending the protective

device of antifriction bearing or segment bearing, it can prevent the balance disc and balance disc

holder from wearing or damaging under abnormal operating conditions.

ʌSafe seal design in pumps. Depending on different structure and pressure, the pump body adopt the two-face metallic rigidity seal, spiral wound gasket or o-ring seal.
